Information access on wage settings

Information about the outcomes of collective bargaining isn’t easy accessible, espacially not for those whom are affected – the employees. Here’s my contribution to IRIS 2008 which compares access to collective wage agreements for Germany, Switzerland and Austria with an accent on the latter.
